So I've been listening to We Want War* by These New Puritans quite a bit recently, and I've found it a weirdly unsatisfying listening experience. I just watched this week's Friday Night Lights, and oh, my heart. I didn't cry straight through, but almost, including the theme song, which has never happened before. So I made those marmalade muffins again, and even with cutting the cooking time back to 17 minutes, they're still too dry and overdone, so meh, I'm going to try it with the oven at 350° instead next time. I also bought some raspberry-orange marmalade, but it's nowhere near as good as the cranberry-orange. Sigh. At least it comes in a pretty mason ( Read more... )
